Madi Novakowski has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2017 and has been passionate about real estate for a long time. She loves meeting new people, establishing business relationships, making great connections, and of course, building friendships that last.

Driven, determined, and caring, Madi knows what needs to get done and goes the extra mile when helping her clients while staying genuine and professional all the time. Madi is also a fitness instructor teaching workouts on a surfboard at The Surf Studio. She’s also a cancer survivor, diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on August 2016. Madi had her last cancer treatment on November 29, 2017, and has been cancer-free since.
Madi Novakowski started her career with RE/MAX River City as a part-time evening receptionist which quickly turned into a Transaction Coordinator. After proving herself, Madi became a half-time assistant for brokers where she learned most of her knowledge in the real estate industry.
During her free time, Madi loves going to the gym, being outdoors, and hitting up the Strathcona Farmer’s Market on Saturday’s. She's also into cooking and baking and has since earned a reputation for making a mean Fettucine Italiano.
Madi specializes in the Leduc area especially Southfork and South Edmonton.
